Hiya, I was downloading everything in csv, in the end I chatted a lovely guy via the chat help and he helped me realise that the were indeed been uploaded I was just getting the sort dates wrong. Thank you

Please note that the historical bank transactions available through bank feeds in the program depend on your bank’s policy. Some banks allow importing only up to 90 days of transactions, while others support up to 24 months.
