Why wont it save when I’ve added my bank account?? It connects to my bank and then wont save??

To ensure we’re on the same page, could you please share more details about what isn’t saving? Have you encountered any error messages?

 

Also, is your bank account connected successfully, but the transactions aren’t showing up, or is the connection itself failing to save?

 

In the meantime, verify that your bank is linked properly and the correct account is enabled by following these steps:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage connections.
  3. Click the bank dropdown and make sure the account is toggled on.

 

After the connection is confirmed successful but no transactions appear, check your bank's website for any alerts or maintenance notifications that might affect syncing.

 

If there are none, proceed to clear your browser's cache. This removes stored data that can impact platform performance. You may also consider using another supported browser if the issue persists.
