Update your business contact information in QuickBooks Advanced Payroll

You can update your business details, such as your business name, legal name, address, and contact information, at any time in QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll.
This article is for customers who use QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll.
Update your business details
To update your information:
- Go to Settings âš™ and select Payroll settings.
- From Business Settings, select Details.
- Enter or update your information in the following fields:
- Business name: This name appears throughout QuickBooks.
- Legal name: This name appears on payslips.
- Company Registration Number (CRN)
- Postcode/Town
- Address: You can select the Enter Business Address Manually checkbox to type it in manually.
- Contact name
- Contact email address: This is used for system notifications. Payslip notifications will use the email listed on the Payslips page if it's different.
- Contact phone number
- Contact fax number
- Standard hours per day
- Work week
- External ID
- Select Save, then Close.
Your business information is now updated across QuickBooks.
