I'm here to help order your customer's Company Name alphabetically instead of their contact names, @cjcarlettiwest.
To do this, let's ensure to edit all your Customer display names. This way, it will show the company name alphabetically in the list.
Here's how you can edit them:
Then adjust the order of the names to it's company by clicking on the arrow. See the screenshot below:
