When trying to preview my custom invoice template i get an error message saying
PDF.js v1.5.456 (build: 4d15928)
Message: stream must have data
Is the customer invoice template already imported and listed in your Custom Form Styles or are your previewing this on the import?
Can I also check the web browser you are currently using?
Are you able to try the import using a browser on the device you are using to see if you receive the same error message?
We would be grateful if you can attempt to import the invoice using a computer. We would also be grateful if you can provide us with a screen shot of the error you receive when you attempt the import using a computer.
We note from the screen shot that you are using the app. We would be grateful if you can login to QuickBooks using Chrome and attempt to import the invoice.
It may be the document itself or the way you have mapped it being the reason you are not able to view a preview.
