How do I have more than one email address for a customer?

Thank you for posting here in the Community, @info295.

 

I can show you how to enter multiple email addresses for a single customer in QuickBooks Online. Please start by visiting the profile to add the information and separate them using a comma.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigation bar, hover your cursor to Sales.
  2. Click Customers.
  3. Select the name.
  4. Press Edit in the upper-right corner. 2.JPG
  5. Under Email, add the email addresses and separate them with a comma. 
  6. Hit Save1.JPG

After following the steps above, customer email addresses will automatically show when creating an invoice.

 

For additional reference, I've attached an article you can use to customize invoice emails, as well as the option to choose Full details or Summarised detailsCustomise your invoice emails.

Thank you. I tried semi colon but that didnt work!!!
