Let's change the customer label from the company settings. Then, QuickBooks will automatically change the transactions from Pledge to Invoice, and Donation to Sales Receipt.
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Select Account and Settings.
- From the Advanced section, select Other preferences.
- Select Customers from the Customer label drop-down option.
- Click on Save.
To sync the changes completely, let's log out and log back in. Just in case you'd want to customise your invoices, please click on this link to view the steps.
