I am wondering if anyone know whether QuickBooks has a way of fixing monthly exchange rates instead of have to enter the exchange rate every time when posting.

I know QB has a market rate which automatically get picked when posting transactions for that date. However, if the internal policy suggests using the rate for the first day of the month, how can that rate get fixed when entering transaction for that month even if the date is different?

There is no way of being able to do this Quickbooks, you could leave it as feedback in the product in the main cogweheel.
