What is happening when you attempt to save changes to customer information?
It could be a browser related issue, logout of QuickBooks, clear the cache and cookies on your browser, login and attempt to change the details.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
