I'm here to ensure your customers can see their invoice payment details seamlessly, @userdebbie2.
Right now, we haven't received any escalations about the invoice payment details issue in QuickBooks Self-Employed. To fix this, you'll want your customers to use an incognito or private browser when viewing the said information. This mode doesn't memorize any site settings that can potentially affect QuickBooks responses.
Here are the handy shortcut keys you can use to access one:
- Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome .
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge .
- Command + Shift + N for Safari .
Once done, please sign in to QuickBooks and let them access their payment details again. If it works fine this time, you can switch back to your original browser and clear its cache. This will help sweep out the stored files in the system so it can start a clean slate.
If private browsing doesn't work, you can use another supported browser instead.
By the way, you're able to customise your invoices to focus on the details you need the most.
I'm still up and running to answer any invoice-related concerns in QuickBooks. I'd be here to assist you.
