My journal mapping wasn’t working and they kept me hanging to talk to their senior ? Doubt they were! Plus I kept getting asked why did I do do something? I kept explaining the reason. Then cecillia b came back and solved the journal mapping setting. Not sure why that took so long. Got cut off but my fault. Then my second person kept repeating questions. Asking me if they explained it well which was highly annoying. The conversation was drawn out a lot longer - not sure if they get paid more for a longer conversation or they were bored!!
