With quickbooks online, when you adjust which columns show, the next time you log in, the amended column set up is not saved?

I am not talking about reports, but all the others like a list of transactions made by/to a Supplier.

There's a behavior in QBO that is working as designed, BFSColin.

If you open a transaction list from the suppliers' or the customers' section, only the columns added will display. But if you resized or adjusted the columns, then that customization will not be retained in QBO.

To remove the unwanted columns, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open any transaction list.
  2. Click the gray Gear icon above the Action column in the upper right-hand side.
  3. Remove or add the columns you want to be displayed.
  4. Log out and log back in to your company file to see the retained changes.

You can also leave a reply to tell me what list you're referring to. Thanks for dropping by.
