We haven't received any reports from other users who are having a performance issue like yours. Let me help share information about how you can work in QuickBooks with the best experience.

 

To start with, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser and the latest version of it while working with your business's payroll and transaction with us. Anyone having problems running payroll , so slow

done all that , spoke to your team last night for over an hour , they can't resolve / don't care ,  tried several browsers etc , nothing , seems like you don't care about sorting out. its a shambles , 

 

your responses here are all the same , no one actually understands , the software is unfit for use
