Hello debbiew,
Can I check which version of the payroll you are using - Standard or Advanced - to advise on this?
An easy way to tell if you are using the Standard payroll is to select the 'Employees' tab on the left-hand navigation menu, this will then display two separate tabs for 'Employees' and 'Payroll'.
Thanks
Hi,
Did you ever get an answer to this? I've got somebody on long term sick and the system is determined to give him waiting days every week!
Debbie
Hi WindsorGardens,
Thanks for joining this thread - which version of the payroll are you using?
Are you entering the sick leave as one absence or several?
Thanks
Hello Community Users, we just wanted to pop in and add to this thread. If you wish to change the waiting days to 0 you would need to delete the SSP itself for it to be removed. If you go to the employee and then statutory payments and click on ass new >enter all the information>click on the advanced option and then on override where it says waiting days. Any questions please feel free to add on to this thread.
