Thank you for your Message PigzleFly - I have forwarded this information to our Engineering team. I agree with your conclusion; however i think it's worthwhile me making the Engineers aware. I expect the likely are already aware; but it never harms me adding this information! :)

Hi PigzleFly,

Can I confirm which version of the payroll you are running - Standard, Advanced, or PaySuite?

To clarify the issue, are you referring to the emailed payslips not showing a full breakdown of PAYE, or the deductions on the payslips?

Thanks

I'm using QB Online standard version. However, having tested a payslip by forwarding it to a different machine it shows the complete document. We've come to the conclusion that the problem is almost certainly iOS 13 as all the payslips, even the historical ones they've previously seen are showing just the bottom left hand corner of the slip since the phones were updated.

I just have to wait for one of my staff who uses an Android phone to confirm. Will get back to you with an update when I know for sure.

Is there any update on this?

Nothing yet, Katie - if it IS an iOS problem, they've already sent out two or three updates to no avail. Maybe a coincidence, but my staff using iPhones haven't been able to see their payslips since updating to iOS 13.0 and the current one is iOS 13.2.2 so Apple have had ample opportunity to sort it out.

I agree with, PigzleFly, Katie1012.

Our engineers are still investigating the issue that employee's are unable to see their payslips using Apple devices. As a workaround, please let your employees open their payslips using a non-Apple device.

I also suggest to contact us so we can add your account to the notification list. Here's how:

  1. From your QuickBooks account, click the Help icon.
  2. Select the Contact us button.
  3. Enter a brief description that your employees can't see their full payslip information using an Apple device.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select the Start a chat button.

We'll send out email notifications once fix is available. You can always drop your questions here if you need more help.
