Let's work hand in hand so you can submit your Full Payment Summary (FPS) seamlessly.
If your FPS is rejected, the Government Gateway credentials entered are either not activated or entered incorrectly. To activate, please see this article for a detailed step-by-step process: Turn on RTI reporting to HMRC in QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll.
After that, I'll provide you with the steps to ensure that your credentials entered are correct. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings.
- From the Payroll tab, click the Online filing with HMRC section.
- Check if the entered credentials are correct. Make changes if necessary.
- When finished, press Save, then Done.
Once done, you can now resubmit your FPS to the HRMC.
