We can perform some basic troubleshooting to rule out the possibility of being in this situation. You'll want to access your company through an incognito or private browser. Use these shortcut keys:
Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
Safari: Command+Shift+N
