Has anybody else found that the "Accept" button for the new Payroll charging, does not work?

Thanks for asking here in the Community, @RD17D.

I've checked here on our records, and there's no reported case about the Accept button for the new payroll charging not working.

There are times when a browser's cache data becomes full of internet files. When this happens, it can cause errors such as this wherein some buttons will not function accordingly.

To better isolate the issue, let's access QuickBooks Online (QBO) on a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm the browser-related issue.

To start, follow these keyboard shortcuts below:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

Then, check to see if the Accept button is now working. If it does, go back to the main browser and start clearing its cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history.

If the issue persists, try using another supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related problem.

For future reference, check out this article for some links about the payroll tasks in QuickBooks Online: QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll Hub.

I'd be more than happy to answer your next question about QuickBooks Payroll, @RD17D. Have a great day.
