Help. trying to set up employee portal but everyone can see each others payslips and personal details which we do NOT want. How do I fix this?

I'm here to make sure you're able to set up an employee portal in QuickBooks.

 

Normally, when you set up an employee portal, you are allowing employees to view and download their own payslips in QuickBooks Workforce. 

 

Since everyone sees each other's payslips and personal details, let me route you to the right support to help you review the setup. I suggest contacting our representative for they have direct access to your account and will further investigate this. 

 

Here's how to reach them: 

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. Choose the Payroll button below.
  4. Select QuickBooks Standard Payroll Hub or QuickBooks Advanced Payroll Hub as required. 
  5. If you want to contact support directly, type Chat in the Type Something field and use Enter
  6. Click Ask me a question, or Live chat.
  7. Select Live chat.
  8. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  9. Click Start a chat with a support expert.
