Hi - somehow two companies have been set up - I only signed up two days ago. I only need one company so please help with deleting the one I dont need?

Hi - somehow two companies have been set up - I only signed up two days ago. I only need one company so please help with deleting the one I dont need?

I can help you delete the other subscription, stefano1. 

 

We can't totally delete your account since we hang on to it for up to a year. We can cancel it and after a year, it'll be deleted in your account. Rest assured only one account will be charged once we cancel it.

 

Let's log in to QuickBooks using a supported web browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox) as a Master Admin. If you're currently logged in we can click the Gear icon and select Switch company to select the account to be cancelled. 

 

Then, here's how to cancel a subscription:

  1. Go to the Gear icon to select Account and Settings
  2. Click the Billing & Subscription menu. 
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online
  4. Click Continue to Cancel.
  5. Please follow the onscreen instructions and select Submit and cancel subscription.
  6. Hit Got it

We'll send an email to the account administrator confirming that we cancelled a subscription. If we wish to resubscribe we can go back to the same steps.
