I can help you delete the other subscription, stefano1.
We can't totally delete your account since we hang on to it for up to a year. We can cancel it and after a year, it'll be deleted in your account. Rest assured only one account will be charged once we cancel it.
Let's log in to QuickBooks using a supported web browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox) as a Master Admin. If you're currently logged in we can click the Gear icon and select Switch company to select the account to be cancelled.
Then, here's how to cancel a subscription:
- Go to the Gear icon to select Account and Settings.
- Click the Billing & Subscription menu.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Click Continue to Cancel.
- Please follow the onscreen instructions and select Submit and cancel subscription.
- Hit Got it.
We'll send an email to the account administrator confirming that we cancelled a subscription. If we wish to resubscribe we can go back to the same steps.
