Historical P60's

Thanks for reaching out, CNL. Let me guide you on accessing historical P60s for your employees. QuickBooks Online Payroll Core makes this pretty straightforward.

Accessing historical P60s in QuickBooks Online Payroll Core is a breeze. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Head over to the Payroll section in your QuickBooks dashboard.
  2. Click on the Reports tab to find all the payroll-related reports at your fingertips.
  3. Look for P60 End of Year Certificates in the list. This is your gateway to those important forms.
  4. From the dropdown list, choose the financial year you need. QuickBooks keeps your records sorted by year for ease of access.
  5. Select Show P60 certificates to display the documents for the selected year.
  6. Finally, click on Actions and choose whether you want to Publish or Download the forms.

And there you have it. You should now have all the historical P60s for your current employees right at your fingertips.

To further streamline your payroll tasks, try using QuickBooks Workforce to efficiently manage P60s and payslips for your employees. For detailed instructions, you can refer to this article: Invite employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see payslips, P60s and more.
