Currently, the create payment link feature is only available in QuickBooks Online for the US region and is not available in the UK region. In the meantime, you can use PayPal, Go Cardless, and Zettle by PayPal to allow your customers to pay through online invoicing, recurring bills, or point-of-sale purchases.
