I'll also help you delete a payroll schedule in QBO. Here's how:
- Go to the Employees menu and proceed to the Payroll tab.
- Scroll-down to the Payroll History section.
- Click the payroll schedule that you want to delete.
- Click Actions in the upper-right hand corner and click Delete payroll.
- Type in YES to confirm that you want to delete it.
Once deleted, make sure to correct the company settings before recreating the pay schedule and sending it back to HMRC.
