How do I payroll a benefit in kind in Payroll standard (health plan, staff entertainment) without changing the gross pay (since it isnt paid to the employee account)

I have tried adding it, but whatever I do it affects the gross pay amount.

When including fringe benefit such as health plan and staff entertainment in your employee's payroll, it can change their gross pay. Also, it is taxable.

OK thanks, I need the accountant then, because to me it doesn't make much sense that if I add a taxable benefit, the net wage (I incorrectly wrote gross wage) is increased. So it looks like a bonus payment, but in this case it is just a fringe benefit.
