How do I unsubscribe to quickbooks. I do not want it anymore?

We're sorry to hear you no longer wish to use our services. Please know that we value your feedback and understand any reason behind your decision. Let me show you on how to unsubscribe to QuickBooks Online.

 

To do so, you simply need to cancel your account. The process depends on where you bought your subscription. If you directly purchase it from Intuit, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account as an admin user.
  2. Next, go to the Settings menu and select Account and settings.
  3. Then, navigate to the Billing & subscription tab.
  4. From the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to proceed. 

 

If you purchase your QBO subscription through Apple App or Google Play Store, refer to this article for detailed steps: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

 

Once done, you will have a read-only access to view your data for a year. When this time frame ends, the system will automatically delete your account. To learn more, please read this page: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

 

Additionally, you can also export your data and name list before canceling. This will ensure you have a copy of the company information that can be used as a reference in the future.
