Hello sales35,

In that case, you would need to record this as an expense - we unfortunately cannot advise which category to use, this would need to be something you check with your accountant.

Thanks,

Thanks for contacting us on the Community sales35.

Can I please confirm if you will be using one of the payroll systems in QuickBooks Online to run your weekly wage?

Thanks,

How i do record my weekly "wage" on Quickbooks online ?

Hi

No we won't be using the payroll systems available on quickbooks as our accountant does our employees payroll, pension submissions , paye etc which we're happy with them to continue with

I don't know all the correct accounting lingo but for ourselves , we have a standing order set up for each of us where a fixed weekly amount comes out and i used to just make a note every week in our books - but not sure how to do it on quickbooks

Many thanks
