I am late processing November payroll. Having upgraded to Payroll Core how do I get back to process the November payroll?

Hi, dugald. It is my priority to help you run payroll for the previous month.

 

To ensure the correct pay periods are selected and the tax and earnings are reflected in the QuickBooks record correctly, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. They have live phone and chat agents who can pull up your account securely and look into the details of your payroll record. You can also have a screen-sharing session with them to help you guide what to do to avoid issues when running the previous payroll. 

 

Here's how you can reach out to them: 

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your issue or question, then select Continue.
  4. Choose to Start a live chat or Call us

 

You can also contact them outside the program by following the steps below:

 

  1. Click this link: https://intuit.me/CU.
  2. Select the product and the edition.
  3. Enter a summary of your concern in the What's your question? field.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Decide how you would like to connect with us.
