I am required to send an EPS for 2 months when I had no employees, I cannot do this without an employee to link an EPS to, can anyone help please?

Thank you for your advice. I will certainly need to do what you have suggested as I have been charged estimated paye plus interest and calling hmrc gave me no joy removing these charges. The lady I spoke to was very patient but had no authority to remove those charges

Welcome to the Community, @Trevena1988.

 

If you haven't run any payroll in QuickBooks Online, sending EPS is unavailable. You'll need to download the Basic PAYE Tools from the HMRC website and submit the filing manually.
