Currently, we have an ongoing investigation about the inability to change the pay dates/schedule (INV-30087). Rest assured our Product Engineers are working on the permanent resolution for this ongoing concern.
Also, I’d recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so you’ll be added on the affected user’s list. Once updates are released, it will be applied directly to your account. You’ll also be notified via email.
