I cannot make my FPS Submissions?

I'm trying to make my FPS but I get this message, RTI Validation Failure

An error occured whilst submitting your Full Payment Submission: Authentication Failure. The supplied user credentials failed validation for the requested service. 
Please check the submission log for details.

But I don't know how to fix it?

Thank you for using QuickBooks Online.

This error means that the submission cannot be made because the details you entered for HMRC are incorrect.

Click on the Gear Icon in the top right hand corner, go to Employer Settings, then HMRC settings, and make sure all your details on this page are correct.

I cannot make my FPS Submissions?

Hi there, ptarcher.

 

I'll provide information on why FPS submission keeps getting rejected and steps to resolve this.

 

The most common reason the FPS submission is rejected is due to a problem with the Government Gateway credentials. It could be that you haven't activated the credentials yet, or entered the ID and password incorrectly.

 

Since you're already using the HMRC gateway ID and password, I suggest submitting the file again to check if you get the same result. To do this, you'll need to go to the Taxes menu at the left pane to get to the Payroll Tax page.

 

If the same thing happens, I recommend contacting our Quickbooks Support Team. They can check your account to verify the cause of why the issue continues to occur.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

1. Open your QuickBooks Account.

2. At the top right, click the Help icon.

3. Click Contact Us.

4. Under What can we help you with?, enter your concern about FPS submission keeps getting rejected.

5. Click Let's Talk.

6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.
