I cant seem to find any historic payslips from tax years 2022 and 2023... does anyone know how to access? just coming up no data, when there definitely is.

You can access your historical payslips in two different QuickBooks platforms, hello-jungletumb.

Additionally, were you accessing them through QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) or QuickBooks Workforce? These details will help us pinpoint the issue and offer the best possible solution.

If you're looking for your historical payslips in QBOP, you can find them by navigating to the Payroll payment list menu or by generating a payroll report for the relevant period.

To go to the Payroll payment list menu, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to My apps and select Payroll, or go to the main Payroll menu.
2. Click the Payroll payment list hyperlink in the Payroll overview section.
3. On the Payroll payment list page, make sure to Filter the correct Date range or manually enter the From and To dates.
4. Select Apply. 

If you choose to generate a payroll report, you can access it by navigating back to the Payroll Overview menu and selecting the Reports button under the Create actions section, or by visiting the main Reports menu. From there, you can generate a Payroll Summary, Payroll Details, or Payroll Payment History report to retrieve the relevant information.
