I have entered SMP for an employee, now my payroll won't run, anyone experienced this? It has been escalated to tier 3 by QB team, but I urgently need them to fix it

I have entered SMP for an employee, now my payroll won't run, anyone experienced this? It has been escalated to tier 3 by QB team, but I urgently need them to fix it

I understand the urgency to be able to run payroll, @BreanFrog. Since this has already been escalated to Tier 3, let me direct you to our live support team for follow-up on this case.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks account using your web browser.
  2. Head to the Help icon, then the Search tab.
  3. Enter Contact US in the search box.
  4. Click Contact Us.
  5. Pick the Chat or Callback option.
