hello Eileen.da-silva, We have included how to record an employee as a leaver on both our payrolls below.
On advanced payroll to record an employee as a leaver, you would select the option to 'Terminate Employee' and enter a termination date, which should fall within the pay period dates of your next pay run. More info here
On standard payroll to record a leaver 1.Go to the Employees or Payroll menu.2 Select the name of the employee to open the profile.3.Select Actions and select Mark as leaver under the employee name. More guidance on that can be found here.
