I need to alter the SSP for a pay run that has been processed. How do I roll back/ delete the last pay run so I can correct it?

To roll back the last pay run, you will need to go into the Payroll History section, sigma. This way you can edit the Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) since this has already been processed. I can definitely provide you the complete steps.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to Payroll, then click on Employees.
  2. Go to Payroll History and select the period you wish to correct.
  3. Click on Actions.
  4. Choose Delete Payroll.
  5. Type YES in the box.
  6. Select Delete. Repeat these steps for any additional pay runs that need to be deleted.

After deleting the pay run, you can now edit the SSP. Here’s how to do that:

  1. Return to Payroll, select Employees.
  2. Choose the relevant employee and open the Leave section.
  3. Identify the SSP period you want to change. To edit, modify the details in the menu.
