I need to do the P60 for all employees, how can I do it please?

Good day, @SteveNVP.

I recommend downloading the P60 from QuickBooks Online. Then, make sure to align the form in the Print settings using a PDF reader.

If you're using Standard Payroll, you'd want to make sure to run your payroll before downloading the P60.

Here's how:

  1. Run and approve your final payroll (Week 52 or Month 12) as usual.
  2.  At the point of submitting your FPS, ensure you have the “Is this your final pay period for the current tax year?” box checked.
  3. Submit FPS and complete your end-of-the-year declaration.
  4. Download your P60s using the P60 Report option.
  5. You can advance your payroll into the new tax year.

If you're using Advance payroll, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Employees or Payroll menu.
  2. Select Reports once the tax year has been completed.
  3. Locate the P60 report.

Hello Yassennaji,

Welcome to the Community page,

In order to help with your query, please can you tell us which payroll you are using, is it Standard or advanced?

Hi, yassennaji.

QuickBooks Online downloads and prints the P60s onto stationery templates so you don't need to order physical P60s. Then, if you'll want to complete payroll year-end, you make the final submission to HMRC and print P60 in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me guide you with the steps.

  1. Run and approve your final payroll (Week 52 or Month 12) as usual.
  2.  At the point of submitting your FPS, ensure you have the “Is this your final pay period for the current tax year?” box checked.
  3. Submit FPS and complete your end of the year declaration.
  4. Download and print your P60s using the P60 Report option.
  5. You can advance your payroll into the new tax year.

This doesn't work as the P60 is incorrectly formatted so doesn't print as a single A4 page.
