You need to delete and recreate the payroll with the correct information to fix the issue. I'm here to assist you on how.
First, you can print out all the payslips and payroll reports to ensure you have the information needed for the employee. Then, delete the payroll:
- Go to the Payroll menu at the left pane, then select Employees.
- In the Payroll History section, choose the most recent period.
- On the Payroll details page, click the Bin (trash) icon.
- Read through the checklist and enter Yes in the box.
- Click Delete.
