I am running Advanced Online Payroll and an employees NI was not deducted. I know I can unlock the payroll and adjust it but the FPS for the original payrun was sent. Will the program send an adjustment FPS or send another FPS or do I have to ring HMRC?

Thanks. I rolled back and send the FPS again, fingers crossed!

Hello there, bob104.

 

You'll want to roll back your payroll, then process it again to be prompted with the correct FPS. However, it'd be best to check with HMRC first. They may have ways on how to straighten out the submitted information and save you from rolling back.
