Is anyone having problems submitting an rti for M1 2025/26?

I ran M1 payroll with a payment date 6/4/25 but the rti submission fails due to incorrect information at the Payment date. QBs help keep telling me it's being investigated but that was over a week ago

Is anyone having problems submitting an rti for M1 2025/26?

This is not what we wanted you to experience, @accounts577. Let me help you connect to our Payroll Support team which can assist you in submitting the RTI M1 for 2025 to 2026.

Since you haven't received any updates, I strongly suggest contacting our Payroll Support team again to follow up on this RTI submission. They can dive into your account details and have the necessary tools to help resolve payroll-related issues.

Now, let me share the steps below to connect with our Payroll support team:

  1. Click on the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select the Search tab, then enter 'Payroll support' in the Search questions, keywords, or topics field.
  3. Hit Contact Us and choose either the Chat or Callback option.

Before you reach out, it's a good idea to check their support hours to ensure you can get through to them successfully.

In the meantime, you can submit via HMRC's Basic PAYE tools.

Furthermore, I'd like to share this article with you to help you send an Employer Payment Summary to HMRC: Submit an EPS in QBO Advanced Payroll.

If you have further questions or require clarifications about RTI submission in QBO, please let us know. We're here to support you in the Community.
