Since you haven't received any updates, I strongly suggest contacting our Payroll Support team again to follow up on this RTI submission. They can dive into your account details and have the necessary tools to help resolve payroll-related issues.

- Click on the (?) Help icon.
- Select the Search tab, then enter 'Payroll support' in the Search questions, keywords, or topics field.
- Hit Contact Us and choose either the Chat or Callback option.
Before you reach out, it's a good idea to check their support hours to ensure you can get through to them successfully.
In the meantime, you can submit via HMRC's Basic PAYE tools.
