Hi there, @ggpaintworks. We'll have to ensure you have a value entered for Average Weekly Earnings (AWE). Even if the employee is salaried, the system needs this figure to calculate the sick pay correctly. Please make sure you are entering a value based on their actual pay rather than just using the standard government (Statutory Sick Pay) SSP rate. 

 

You can also double-check the specific calculation rules on the official HMRC website to ensure the figure is accurate. If the issue persists, contact our live support team. They can further review your setup to ensure your payroll processes run without any issues.
