In the meantime, while we are working on this, you can download the payslips manually to your pc and send them outside of QuickBooks Online (QBO) as an attachment.

Hello Community Users, We just wanted to jump in this thread to advise the pay slips failing to get published issue was resolved in 2020. If you're experiencing a similar issue however please feel free to reply to this thread, we'd be happy to get that investigated for you. As mentioned above you can download the pay slips and send manually as an alternative.
