With this said, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to receive an update and give this reference number (INV-48688). One of our support agents will add you to the list of affected users.

In the meantime, while we are working on this, you can download the payslips manually to your pc and send them outside of QuickBooks Online (QBO) as an attachment.
