Pay suite problem entering re-enrolment date

I'm trying to enter the re-enrolment date in Employer settings. My original enrolment date was 01/08/2016. I'm trying to enter 30/09/2019 as the re-enrolment date. I keep getting the following message:

Sorry!

One or more fields contain errors:R

ReEnrolmentDate: Re-enrolment date must be within 3 years of your original staging date (or previous re-enrolment date), give or take 3 months

Any ideas how to sort this out?

Pay suite problem entering re-enrolment date

Thanks for getting back to us, SueJ99.

Since you're still unable to re-enrolment date after following the steps provided by my colleague above, I highly suggest contacting our Support team. They have tools such as screen-sharing (remote access) that can check why you're getting this error message and help enter the re-enrolment date.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. On your QBO account, click the Help (question mark) icon at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our live support.

Just in case, I'm also adding this article for additional information: Auto Enrolment for workplace pensions in PaySuite.

Please know that I'm only a few clicks away if you have any other issues or concerns. I'll be happy to help. Have a great day!

Hi SueJ99,

Does it allow you to save with the re-enrollment date set to 01/08/2019?

Hi SueJ99

We would be grateful if you can select an employee that has Auto Enrollment, go to the Auto Enrolment page and you should see the re-enrolment date here.
