Payroll Migration

Is anyone having a similar problem to me?

Twice I have applied for payroll to be migrated for one of my clients, a large London company. This has still not been carried out by Intuit despite my many phone calls to them. All I get is "no worries". They seem the least bit concerned.

Both myself and my client are very worried about this with the new tax year starting next Monday (6th) and with a weekly payroll to run.

Intuit do not offer any alternative.

Help please.

I support your position here, @Steve Bell.

 

Going back and forth with this application isn't easy, however, as much as I'd like to check, I'm unable to access your account in a public environment. You will need to reach out to our support again to verify the status of your request. 

 

I can only share a workaround for this. What you can do is import the employee lists then enter the year to date info for each of these employees. You can check the following resources below for your guide. The steps may vary depending on the payroll subscription you have.
