I have contacted HMRC today to see why i have not received a refund for the cis suffered in 21-22 tax year, but they are saying there was no record of any deductions. I thought these were automatically sent to HMRC through the FPS report.
HMRC said i need to do an end of year eps report for last tax year with the amount of CIS suffered so it can be refunded to us.
How do i do this on standard quickbooks as i cant find any options to go back, other than rolling back all payroll details since April last year and rerunning them all again which would be a mammoth job! Is it even possible to do?

Let me share some information about recording previous year's EPS for CIS, @mrs reno.
If you're using a Standard Payroll, we can record your deductions suffered under CIS and submit the figures to HMRC. Before doing so, make sure to switch on the CIS feature in QuickBooks.
