Problem with new account

I have created an account then the website crashed during setting it up for the business type. I have already paid monthly subscription.

 

now whenever i try to login it says

We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly.

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and try log back in does the same thing still happen or not?
