Has anyone elses payroll history disappeared? ours doesnt show any payments for this financial year!

Currently, we haven't received reported cases about the disappearance of payroll history, Daniel. In the meantime, I'll direct you to the best possible help to further isolate this issue. 

I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care team. They have the tools to verify the tax payments made in your account, determine the reason for their disappearance, and guide you with a fix. To do this, here's how: 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select the Help (?) menu.
3. Go to the Search tab and select the Contact Us button.
4. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field and click Continue.
5. Choose a way to connect (Callback or Chat).

Once everything is all set, you may want to access and view payroll reports to better understand your business's finances and employees. To guide you on how to perform this task, check out any of the links below according to your payroll plan:

My payroll has disappeared also. I can no longer submit an EPS either.

This is absolutely unacceptable - all our pay history has disappeared.
QBO, there are a boatload of complaints, we all see them - and some are a month old - the damage is unquantifiable and completely unacceptable - especially while we are filing taxes.
That it's been an issue for over a month and is still an issue suggests you were not ready to "upgrade" us - so you need to roll it back!

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation about the missing payroll history. If you have not yet been added to the list of affected users, I recommend contacting our support team to be added and to receive updates on the investigation's progress.

To reach a live representative, here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
2. Click on the Help button at the top of the page.
3. Choose the Search tab, then click Contact us.
4. Type in your concern, and click Continue.
5. Under How would you like to connect with us?, choose Chat.
6. Keep in mind that their support schedule is open Monday-Sunday 8:00 am-10:00 pm British.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions.

We can take some steps to review your payroll history, mailingroom.

Since your payroll history has disappeared, I recommend logging out of your QuickBooks Online account and then logging back in. Once you're back in, check the filters to locate your pay history. Here's how to proceed:

For QuickBooks Online Core Payroll:

1. Navigate to the Payroll menu, then select Employees.
2. Choose the employee whose history you want to view.
3. Click the Payroll payment list tab.
4. Click Print.

For QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll:

1. Navigate to the Payroll menu.
2. Go to the Reports tab and select Pay slip report.
3. Use the filters to refine your search like Pay schedule, Date range, Employees, and Location.
4. Click Run report to view the results or Download to save the report.
