Report - Employee Count Per Month

Hi,

Is there a report in QB Advance that allows me to see total number of employees included in each payroll for a range of pay runs?

Report - Employee Count Per Month

Hello there, vruti jivan.

You can run the Employee Payment History Report in QuickBooks to get similar information in the Pay run tab. However, this report may not include all the details you need. But, this is the closest one that you can run. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports on the left panel.
  2. In the Search field, enter Employee Payment History Report. You can also scroll down on the Report page. Then, you'll see the Employee Payment History under the Employee Reports section.
  3. Make sure to set the correct date range. Then, click Run report.
  4. To generate all employees, hit Show All Employees.

Also, you can run another employee's report that shows their other details. Then, export the Employee Payment History report and the other one to combine all the details you need.

Let me know if you have other questions. Take care always.
