Create a copy of the previous week's shifts

SOLVEDby QuickBooksUpdated December 20, 2023

Notes: When copying a week:

  • Repeating shifts will not be included in the copy.
  • Unassigned shifts will be included.
  • If filters are applied to the schedule, only the displayed shifts are included in the copy. (For instance, if you've filtered the schedule to show only 5 out of 15 team members, the remaining 10 team members' shifts will not be included in the copy.)
  1. In QuickBooks Time, go to Schedule.
  2. On the calendar, select Full, then Week in the dropdown.
  3. In the top left corner, select Actions, then Copy Previous Week.
  4. If needed, make any adjustments, and select Save Draft or Publish.
