Give feedback on QuickBooks products and services

Have a product suggestion? Do you want to provide feedback to make the program better? You've come to the right place!

Note: This article is for customers using QuickBooks Online (Advanced, Essentials, Plus, and Simple Start) and QuickBooks Sole Trader.

Submit feedback

Follow the steps below based on the product you are using.

  1. Go to Settings Settings gear icon. and select Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
  1. Sign in to the QuickBooks mobile app.
  2. Tap Menu, then More, then Send feedback.
  3. Enter your feedback suggestion.
  4. Tap the Send feedback button.

Through the web dashboard

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Time, and select the help icon .
  2. Select Suggest Idea.
  3. Enter your idea, then select Send Idea.

Through QuickBooks Workforce app

  1. In the Workforce app, select Setting or More, then Settings.
  2. Select Help & Support, then Suggest an idea.
  3. Enter your feedback, and select Send feedback.

Through QuickBooks Workforce website

  1. After logging into QuickBooks Workforce, select the Feedback.
  2. Enter your feedback.
  3. Select Send.
