If you are wanting to submit changes for the last tax year (2020/2021) all you need to do is roll back do what ever changes you need to do and only submit the year-end FPS this should be acting like a EYU. You can only do this up until the 19th may and for tax year 2020/2021. If its after this date or if its for any tax year before this you will need to speak to either HMRC or an accounting professional to find the best way to account for the changes.
