
Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks

You should be prompted to resubscribe as soon as you sign in to your QuickBooks company. If not, follow these steps.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks company.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
- Select Resubscribe.
- Select the appropriate payment method.
- Enter the updated payment and billing information.
- Select Resubscribe.
Next, you'll have to sign out and in again to make sure your QuickBooks account is updated.
- Sign out, then sign in again.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Subscriptions and billing.
- Check the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
